Otrivin Adult Nasal Spray provides fast, effective relief from nasal congestion caused by common colds, allergic rhinitis and sinusitis. It contains the topical vasoconstrictor xylometazoline hydrochloride, which reduces swelling of the nasal lining and helps restore nasal airflow.

- Effects can last for up to 10 hours
- Dosage: apply one spray in each nostril, up to 2–3 times per day
