Lexsporin is a topical first-aid antibiotic ointment formulated to help prevent and treat minor skin infections arising from small cuts, scrapes, or burns. It combines three active antibiotics—neomycin, polymyxin B sulfate, and bacitracin zinc—to deliver broad-spectrum antibacterial coverage.
