This is like similar products Excedrin and Anacin with Aspirin and Caffeine being the two main ingredients. This works well for all kinds of pain, including headache pain. This was also a great price for a total of 300 caplets.

An excellent product, but a little expensive. Aspirin always expires before I can use it all. This is a good alternative, and great for travel. For 3 dollars more I could’ve gotten the 200 bottle. Still a great product.
