They help ease symptoms like belching, bloating and sensations of pressure or discomfort in the stomach or gut. The tablets act by neutralizing stomach acid and by reducing gas in the digestive tract. Active ingredients: aluminium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and the antiflatulent simeticone.
