Strepsils Orange with Vitamin C 100 mg lozenges combine two antiseptic agents — 2,4‑Dichlorobenzyl alcohol and amylmetacresol — formulated to provide symptomatic relief for infections of the mouth and throat. The lozenges also contain vitamin C, which may be helpful during infection when vitamin C levels are thought to fall.
